  	«b»IN LOVING MEMORY OF «/b»Della May (Schmidt) Richeson was born on Thursday; August 12, 1915 in Rhodes; Marshall County, Iowa. Della was the daughter of Theodore and Della R. (Runner) Schmidt. She was raised and educated in the area of her birth, and on Monday; February 3, 1947, Della was united in marriage to Denzel Richeson at the Rhodes United Methodist Church. Together they farmed in the Rhodes and Melbourne areas. She was an avid quiltmaker and a member of the Melbourne Birthday Club. Della May (Schmidt) Richeson, 91, formerly of Melbourne; Marshall County, Iowa passed away on Monday; February 26, 2007, at Grandview Heights Care Center in Marshalltown; Marshall County, Iowa. Those left to mourn her passing are two nieces Bonnie Wolken and Betty (Jerry) Brink, both of Marshalltown; two nephews Robert Girton of Marshalltown and Gary Logsdon of Colorado; and her caretaker and friend Ed Pelfrey of Melbourne. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. May they rest in peace. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday; March 3, 2007 at Pursel-Davis Funeral Home & Crematory, where the family will be present to greet friends. Funeral services and a celebration of her life will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday; March 4, 2007 at Pursel-Davis Funeral Home & Crematory. Interment will follow in Eden Cemetery in Rhodes.
