Bailey, filed 4 Mar 1876 (this date in error as all other papers dated 1879 and death on 28 Jan 1879 is sworn to-see photocopy). The value of his estate was $373.39 of which the widow immediately took $273.39 and then later was given another $50.
      Date on the tombstone is probably in error as death date of 28 Jan 1879 is sworn to in papers filed with the court. Also all the newspaper notices are dated 1879.
