      THEODORE COOK DEAD



      The body of Theodore Cook, 77, a Civil war veterand, who died at the home of his sister, Mrs. H. E. Turner at Gary, Ind., Sunday, was brought here last night and taken to the home of a neice, Mrs. Charles Evans. Services were held this morning and burial was make in Oak Dale cemetery. Up to five years ago Mr. Cook had made his home in Urbana and was well known here.



      [Requested this after finding him in ht Ohio Obituary Index on the Rutherford B. Hayes Presidential Center's website. No sure if this is the s/o James and Jane (Richison) Cook as this would place his birth at about 1842.]
