    • Orlo and Zella went to Dayton to be married intending to keep it a secret for awhile at least from her parents. Dayton was chosen because some of Orlo's family lived there. Unfortunately, by the time Zella reached home her parents were already aware of her marriage according to what Zella told this writer.

      Zella held the original of this certificate and allowed a photocopy to be made before her death in 1992. The location of the original certificate and other personal papers is now unknown and have possibly been destroyed.
