Welcome to my website! I'm delighted to share with you the "stuff" I have been collecting for years and years, and not just RICHISON and WILKERSON lines. ALEXANDER and CHILDRESS are just two more of the surnames I'm following so don't forget to check out the surnames list. Don't be fooled by the way I spell the surnames!

RICHISON/RICHESON/RICHASON/RICHARDSON and any other variation is indexed via the surname for this family as RICHISON, only because that is the spelling I have used my entire life. When I started running into all the ways I found the surname spelled on documents, I soon had multiple surnames for one person and realized I had a problem. The solution I came up with was to use just ONE spelling for whatever surname I was working on but to use whatever spelling was on the document when I recorded the details. That means that even if you are looking for a branch of your family that consistently used RICHESON, you will still find them on this site by searching for RICHISON and will need to look beyond the surname at the details to identify them as your line. WILKERSON would lead you to WILKINSON, WILKASON, WILKISON and all the other variations. CHILDRESS will lead you to CHIILDRES, CHILDERS, etc. Happy hunting!
